The Wall has fallen. The country is in disarray. There is no bread in the stores, there is no fuel at the gas stations. Governments come and go as the streets of Sofia are raided by protesters. Some 30 km from there, in full secrecy, an expert task force of high-ranking military officers and psychics is digging a hole in the ground, searching for an alien legacy that will make Bulgaria great again.
